1- How long it takes for my order to arrive?
Orders received before 16:00 will be sent the same day. The delivery time is then 1-3 working days depending on location.
We send the package from our warehouses in Åkersberga, the delivery time is governed by which country you live in.
3- When will my order arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order and to know exactly when it will arrive.

4- What if my order arrived faulty?
We always work hard to ensure that all goods are of the highest quality and guarantee our customers one

5- How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number.
Using this number you will be able to know where your item is and when it is going to arrive.
6- Will I pay any taxes on top of my order?
No! All the taxes are included in the item price.
You will not need to pay an extra.
Return Policy
1- What is your return policy?
We offer return for your goods 14 days after delivery.
The product must be in original condition. The item (s) must not have been used in any way. We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
We offers full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
2- How do I return my order?

3- Are returns free?
When you return your order you, we refund the full item price excluding the shipping price.
4- When do I receive my money back?
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
malikatnoor.com cannot be held liable for the loss of your shipment during the shipping to our warehouse.
We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
5- To where do I send my return?
When we receive your request to return an item. We will directly send you an email with the address that you need to send the items to.
6- How long it takes to process returns?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 24 hours.
